Chris has been training jiu jitsu for the past 8 years under coach Brad Scott, the head instructor of Carlos Machado Jiu Jitsu headquarters academy in Farmers Branch.
Chris' passion is to teach jiu jitsu and to teach others how to defend themselves. It's a great way to get in shape and build self confidence.
I love how new and clean all the equipment is. Never crowded so I always have plenty of room to utilize for my workouts! Very affable staff and memberships, reflective of the community.
