ANNA NORRIS
Anna grew up dancing competitively. She spent hours in the dance studio each week and learned a lot about flexibility, strength, and movement. Once she reached high school, she tried out for the volleyball team. She says she was terrible, but it led her to a strength and conditioning class where she discovered she was very strong. Anna became obsessed with lifting at that point and loved pushing herself day to day to see what she was capable of. By this point, she was able to rally for a girl's powerlifting team that she can proudly say she is still up and running (11 years later). Once she hit college, fitness kind of fell off for her. Luckily, this didn't lead to any big weight gain, but she still felt terrible. Fast forward some years where she found out her sister was going to compete in a bikini competition. Anna went to her show and wished that she could be up there with her too! After seeing several of her shows, Anna decided to invest in a coach. Her coach monitored macro tracking and workout plans for her to achieve her goal. She saw major results, which led Anna to personal training. Anna had several clients that she trained at Legends Fit for about a year, but then she got pregnant with her son! She continued to workout throughout her pregnancy, and now she is back at the gym picking up right where she left off!
