MICHAEL BREEDEN

Mike Breeden calls Fate, TX home. He is a former football/strength and conditioning coach at the high school and college levels. His philosophy to fitness is holistic in approach and achieved at any age and fitness level. In 2018, Mike weighed 250 and wore 42-inch waisted pants. Currently, he has 34 in the waist! Mike is an NPC bodybuilding competitor. Mike and his wife, Nan, a teacher, have three adult sons. Mike has an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, and a master's in Theology. From the tenacity he learned on the field as a coach and training athletes in his gym, relationship-building is vital and foundational in his approach to training clients at any age, from more mature seniors to off-season/season training for athletes at any level. All of his experiences allow him to connect with all ages in achieving fitness goals.
