HALEY COTTEY
Haley has been in the health and fitness world for over 10 years and has been a personal trainer, group fitness class instructor and 3 years ago added yoga to her fitness certifications. She received her 300 RYT 3 years ago and has learned personally the importance of slowing down in this fast-paced world and found how yoga helped her reach her own fitness and mental health goals. She loves helping others find peace and freedom through their body and movement and slowing down (as hard as it may be for many of us.)
