Meet Aaron, the passionate owner, trainer, and head martial arts instructor at Legend’s FIT. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Aaron is a thrill-seeker with a deep passion for fitness. He's a Brown Belt under Master Carlos Machado, has trained Muay Thai under Saekson Janjira, competed in bodybuilding, and run multiple 100-mile ultra marathons. Deeply committed to supporting first responders and military personnel, Aaron aims to help them achieve physical fitness and master Carlos Machado Jiujitsu and Muay Thai for their safety and public protection. A mindfulness and meditation expert, he integrates these practices into his martial arts classes and training. Aaron cherishes the solidarity within the Legends family and as a no-nonsense coach, he's dedicated to keeping you motivated on your journey to reach your goals.

John Kissane

Elle Guerra

Elle is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer since 2019. She has completed over 1,500 sessions, including group training. With a background in Fitness Studio Management, she has built up lots of experience. Many of the clients she has worked with have had goals of weight loss, increased strength from resistance training, and corrective exercise.

Alma-Hamill

Alma has been a trainer since 2015 and has worked with a wide range of clients. One of her loves is helping people with their physical and mental strengths. Most of her clients say that her greatest asset, is her ability to motivate and inspire people to become who they wish to be.

Garrett Verellen

Garrett is a dedicated US Army Infantry veteran, where he served 4.5 years, surpassing fitness standards and rising to the rank of Non-Commissioned Officer (E-5). Prior to his military service, he excelled as a multi-sport athlete and fronted a heavy metal band. With over 14 years of weight room experience, he’s committed to personal growth through targeted training adaptions.

Keaton Johnson

Keaton is a graduate from Letourneau University with a bachelors in Kinesiology. While in school, Keaton interned at Exos Sports Performance Training facility in Frisco, where he worked with elite athletes in all sports and grew his knowledge and experience in the training field. Keaton has played competitive soccer for 10+ years and was a 4 year starter at the collegiate level. He is a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for all things sports related. Keaton has drive to not only help athletes reach the next level, but also help others build self-confidence that not only will transition into their sport, but also everyday life.

Heidi Light

Heidi is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Yoga Teacher. She is continuing to work on certifications as a Nutrition Coach and Strength and Conditioning Trainer. Heidi believes anything is possible when you make a mind and body connection and focus on your goals. She has served in the US Army, coached and played Roller Derby, competed in Sprint Triathlons, 5K, and Adventure races. Let her help you meet your goals.

Tony Lyons

Tony is a NASM certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in training and nutrition. He has worked with clients of all ages and experience levels. Tony has developed programs for clients that have never been in a gym, as well as those that have been lifting for years. He operates under a different approach to health and wellness, developing customized training programs designed to meet each individual client’s needs, focusing on form and technique to maximize each workout. Tony recognizes that people’s time is valuable and creates an enjoyable fitness experience where clients reach their goals, faster.

As a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA and a seasoned NPC competitor with five national qualifications under his belt, Dwayne brings an unique blend of expertise to the table.
